Trying to get a straight answer out of Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski or general manager Andrew Berry, is like trying to find hen’s teeth.
The word coming out of Cleveland is that quarterback Deshaun Watson has a “rotator cuff contusion.” They have him listed as “day to day” on the injury report.
Stefanski declined to say much about Watson, other than, “He’s day to day, working hard, getting better.”
The rumor is that if Deshaun Watson can not play on Sunday, P.J. Walker might get the start.

QB P.J. Walker couldn’t even make the Chicago Bears roster!
The Browns would be better off letting rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson get his second start of the season, and continue to rack up playing time by getting real reps against quality NFL opponents.
This is just Stefanski being stupid again.
In other Browns news, Pro Bowl offensive guard Joel Bitonio has been seen on crutches. There has been no word from anybody on what the injury is, only that he is being listed as “day to day” as well.
The Cleveland Browns have already lost their starting right tackle Jack Conklin for the season with a torn ACL and MCL, after he was rolled up on, by Bengals DE Trey Hendrickson in Week 1.
Starting in his place has been fourth round rookie pick, Dawand Jones out of Ohio State.
The heart breaker of the NFL season was seeing Pro Bowl running back Nick Chubb suffer a season ending injury in Week 2 against their arch-rival, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Chubb had successful knee surgery on September 29th to repair the damage to his MCL and meniscus. A second surgery will be required at a later date, to repair the damage done to his ACL.
Browns fans are getting sick and tired of nonsense coming out of Berea and at 100 Alfred Lerner Way.
WE DESERVE BETTER.
