On Tuesday night, the MLB hosted their annual All Star Game in Seattle. Plenty of great baseball players throughout the MLB we’re there, including Angels phenom Shohei Ohtani, as well as, Cleveland Guardians third baseman. Jose Ramirez.

Before the game on Tuesday, Ohtani was interviewed and asked who his favorite player to play with is and he surprisingly said, Cleveland’s own, Jose Ramirez.

Ohtani mentioned that Jose is one of his favorite guys, and obviously their on opposite teams, but when they play each other they communicate, have a conversation, and Ohtani says Jose is a really funny guy.

Probably the most unexpected development for any Guardians fan heading into the second half of the season but, if possible, why not trade for Ohtani??

Why wouldn’t you give up 3-4 top prospects for Ohtani? Shohei might even take a pay cut if he follows Jose Ramirez’s lead.
