That all has seen the Bears interview 20 candidates and a process that has frustrated many fans growing frustrated with the seemingly lack of understanding what the Franchise wants.

However, all that could change.

Ben Johnson Becoming Avaliable Might Change Things

Ben Johnson has been the hot candidate for the past year and a half. Dude has called the Detroit Lions offense for the past 3 years to resounding success. Leading the Lions to a top 5 offense in basically every category and his creative mindset has Bears fans dreaming.

Pairing Johnson’s offensive mind with a young QB like Caleb Williams could be the next great dynamic duo at Head Coach & QB but only time will tell.

It seems though that the Bears have fulfilled the Rooney Rule and are now free to hire anyone they deem worthy of becoming the Chicago Bears Head Coach.
