Breaking Down the Matches
The Bloodline Saga: Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa
The Bloodline’s civil war reaches its peak in a Tribal Combat match between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa.
At Clash at the Castle 2022, Solo Sikoa helped Reigns retain his title in a pivotal moment. For two years, Sikoa stood by Reigns, but WrestleMania 40 changed everything. When Reigns lost the Undisputed WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes, Sikoa turned his back on the Tribal Chief, forming his own faction with Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa.
Now, Reigns and Sikoa battle for the title of Head of the Table, with Rumors of The Rock potentially returning to take sides in this family feud.
Drew McIntyre vs. Jey Uso
The animosity between Drew McIntyre and Jey Uso stems from Clash at the Castle 2022, where Jey helped Reigns retain his championship. McIntyre has been relentless in his quest for revenge, defeating Sami Zayn twice in December. Now, he looks to settle the score with Jey Uso in what promises to be a brutal encounter.
Seth Rollins vs. CM Punk
A decade of tension comes to a head as Seth Rollins faces CM Punk.
In 2012, CM Punk introduced The Shield (Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Dean Ambrose) as his enforcers. Two years later, Punk left WWE under controversial circumstances and spent years disparaging the company, even while working for AEW.
Rollins, meanwhile, carried WWE on his shoulders during Punk’s absence, a fact he hasn’t forgotten. Punk’s return to WWE in late 2023 reignited their feud, delayed only by Rollins’ injury and his rivalry with Drew McIntyre. Now, the two finally clash in what promises to be the most intense match of the night.
Women’s World Championship: Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley
The feud between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley has defined WWE’s women’s division in 2024.
Ripley’s injury at the hands of Morgan in 2023 forced her to vacate the Women’s World Championship, and Morgan capitalized, winning the title in Ripley’s absence. With Ripley back, the animosity between them has only grown.
After months of mind games, alliances, and interference, both women are determined to put an end to their feud as 2025 begins.
This premiere episode of WWE Raw on Netflix is shaping up to be one of the biggest nights in the brand’s history. The Rock took to Instagram today to announce that he will be in the building. What can happen when the Final Boss makes an appearance.
Tune in this Monday for a night of unforgettable action live at 8pm EST only on NETFLIX.
