The Dallas Cowboys will travel to Georgia to face the Atlanta Falcons in a must win game, that could either break or save their season. The Cowboys must find a way to limit the turnovers while simultaneously creating some turnovers on defense, to have a short field for Dak Prescott and the Offense.

These two team last met in 2021 when the Cowboys won in a cake walk at home 43-3.
The Cowboys lost a close one 30-24 vs. the 49ers last Sunday as Dak Prescott made a few key interceptions that were crucial, which led to the loss while the Falcons squeaked by Tampa Bay 31-26.
The Cowboys are “Americas Team” and will always be in the headlines, whether they win or lose therefore, no matter if we are victorious or embarrassed the National Media will always pay attention to them Boys. Their play this season has not matched the distractions off the field with their larger then life owner Jerry Jones. Who it seems has not been in tune with the game, and cares more about the marketing of the team, then actually putting a great product on the field to contend with the top teams in the NFC East.

Offensively for the Cowboys Dak Prescott is averaging 267 yards passing per game. Ceedee Lamb has been the only bright spot on the receiving side of this offense, with 45 receptions for 613 yards, and four touchdowns. Lamb is coming off his best game of the season with 146 yards on 13 catches vs. the 49ers. The Cowboys next best receiver is Jalen Tolbert with 27 catches for 334 yards and two touchdowns. The Cowboys horrific running attack, is a running back by committee approach, with Rico Dowdle, leading the pack with 246 yards. The Cowboys activated Dalvin Cook off the practice squad last week. He wasn’t much of a factor vs. the 49ers as it was his first game this season. Look for him to get more touches this week vs. the Falcons.

The Falcons, are first place in the NFC South. They have dominated their division opponents this season, beating the Buccaneers twice, as well as the Saints and Panthers in their first matchups. The Falcons have won four out of their last five games, with their only loss coming against the Seahawks.
Kirk Cousins is having a strong season so far, averaging 267 yards a game. And their running game has been consistent with Bijan Robinson. He has rushed for 547 yards.
Final Analysis and Prediction:
As this game will come down to whether Dak Prescott can make the big plays without beating himself. Expect a lot of double coverage from the Falcons secondary, and the Cowboys run offense has to figure out a way to get some positive yardage, to make manageable downs for the passing offense.
On the defense side of the ball, the Cowboys will be without Micah Parsons, and DaRon Bland, so the backups will have to step it up again. They need to get a few sacks on Kirk Cousins. They also have to stop the running attack of Bijan Robinson.
Final Prediciton: Dallas Cowboys 28 Atlanta Falcons 24
