Coming into the end of the week RED hot hitting 11 out of 14 plays, we head to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA as the LA Rams welcome the visiting Green Bay Packers. The Rams are 1-0 at home this year getting a huge comeback win over division rival San Francisco. They followed up that game dropping their previous matchup 24-18 to the Chicago Bears. Green Bay also comes in off a loss, falling 31-29 to the still undefeated Minnesota Vikings.

It may seem that I’m picking on the Rams, as last week article play was the Chicago Bears -3, but like last week this is another tough spot for LA. We know about the multiple injuries and missing their best offensive player, but now they have to try and contain Jordan Love who knocked some rust off playing last week after missing two games. Green Bay trailed 28-7 at half, but fought back to outscore Minnesota 22-3 in the second half. Unfortunately for Green Bay was just a little too late.

I expect the Packers to carry that momentum from the second half into their matchup this afternoon. Home teams off a loss that are now a road favorite have gone 51-16 against the spread. Even though this is a road game, there will be a lot of cheeseheads in SoFi making it feel like a home game. We are pretty much going to see the Rams coast for the rest of this season and Sean McVay won’t be here much longer. Take Green Bay in a bounce back spot to climb back in the standing in the NFC North.

Official Pick: Packers -3 -110

Quote of the week

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
