After a full off-season of intrigue and a surprise to no one, Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor announced that starting QB Joe Burrow has been fully cleared for contact and is expected to be a full participant when training camp opens Wednesday.  Taylor also announced that Burrow will see snaps in the preseason, something that hasn’t happened since 2021.

Burrow is coming off of a season that ended in week 11 in Baltimore after suffering a wrist  injury that required surgery and a lengthy rehab process that took a while to heal, but was throwing at OTAs and looking like he was ready to go.  Even then, there were those in the “Bengals Community” and those around the league who questioned whether he would be fully ready to go before training camp starts.

The wait is now officially over.  Burrow will be there when training camp opens, creating a buzz in Cincinnati that hasn’t been seen in a while.

Let the season begin.

Really need Joe to get over this injury bug the last few years. The franchise literally depends on him
