With 23 days left until the biggest wrestling event of the summer, the road to SummerSlam is getting hotter than ever.

And the match between Punk/Rollins/McIntyre is pretty much formed and waiting to be announced. The product of more than half a year of storytelling, that feels natural, and the way all 3 superstars are now connected (and out of the title picture for the time being), makes it even more sentimental. This is not going to be a feud that ends up in glory and riches, it’s going to be one that ends up with retribution, and payback. Each of these three superstars have done something against each other in the past; messing up their plans in some way. Maybe they, nor we, even remember why the feud started in the first place, but one thing is for sure, this story is going to have a hell of a next chapter at SummerSlam. Let’s just hope all parties involved are up for the physical and mental tolls involved as this rivalry comes to it’s crescendo. And it’s because of this that WWE almost didn’t even acknowledge the botch at MITB. In terms of storytelling, that would have put Rollins in the Gunther/Damian story and this story is so much better.

Nice yeeting out of the ring by Jay Uso after the W against Chad Gable, but the question still remains, why are the Wyatt 6 targeting Chad? Don’t see a way he could be joining them.

Another good old heavyweight contenders match up is the one that could also be heating up for Summerslam. I am referring to the Bronson Reed and Celtic Warrior feud. Give us old school heavyweight brawling wrestling for the win! This match has the potential to be a good Mid-card banger.

On a side note, Can’t see where the Bron/Ilja/Sami feud could lead to honestly. It looks too scripted. What do you think?

And last but not least, MAMI is back! The hottest storyline for Summerslam has kicked into the next gear. This feud is better than the Novelas that my mom watches. And for this Friday let’s wait and see the fallout from Money in the Bank on the Blue Brand!
