Anyone who saw any video footage or images from liv Adelaide knows that this event is different than any other. LIV Adelaide is more like a college party that is an absolute rager than a professional golf event. The fans even swarm the players sometimes after good shots and they cheer very loud for every single shot. It puts the typical upper class fancy golf events to shame it would fit somebody like Happy Gilmore to go to this event. Keep reading if you would like to see a breakdown of the whole event.

Cam Smith Rippers GC won this tournament which was the perfect winner for this tournament. Cam Smith is from Australia which makes it perfect for his team to win on his own home turf. The Adelaide crowd loved Cam Smith and embraced their hometown product. Another video that symbolized the culture at LIV Adelaide was Bryson Dechambeau giving away his sock to one of the fans. Dechambeau told the fan if he missed a putt on the practice green he would give it away making for a fun little bet whenever he missed it.

All in all this event shows me one thing… AUSTRALIA NEEDS PRO GOLF. This Australian crowd was rowdy through the whole event and one of the best golf crowds I have ever seen. They were starved of golf forever and for them to finally get to take in some golf was great amazing. I think they should make some PGA Events in Australia but big props to Greg Norman for planning this event. The shark is from Australia himself so him planning this event is fitting. This event was super fun to watch and if you were there I’m sure you had a great time.
