Eddie Hearn and Matchroom have secured a deal to promote Jaron “Boots” Ennis, a rising star in boxing under Boots Promotions.

Ennis, with a record of 31-0 and 28 knockouts, is set to defend his IBF world welterweight title this summer in his comeback fight.
His last victory in July saw him retaining the interim title with a knockout win over Roiman Villa in Atlantic City. This victory added to his unbeaten streak in the professional circuit, showcasing his power with 28 knockouts.
After being promoted to champion in November, Ennis aims to solidify his position in boxing, teaming up with Eddie Hearn and Matchroom for major fights and events.
“I’m excited for this partnership with Eddie Hearn, Matchroom and DAZN,” said Ennis.
“I can’t wait to continue making my mark and becoming undisputed world champion. I’ve been out of the ring for a year, and I cannot wait to get back in and do what I do best; entertain the fans and put on clinics. There are blockbuster fights on the horizon for me, and I am ready to deliver them.”
Ennis expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, eager to continue his journey towards becoming an undisputed world champion by delivering thrilling performances and seeking out blockbuster fights.
Eddie Hearn, chairman of Matchroom Sport, praised the signing of Ennis, confident in the young fighter’s potential to dominate the sport for years to come and promising exciting matchups ahead.
