Coming off last week’s winner, we move to 15-8 in our last 23 picks. We head to the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA as the Sixers welcome in the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bucks won their first matchup post All Star break, taking down Western Conference leading Minnesota Timberwolves. Milwaukee has been in the headlines a lot over the past month, with firing head coach Adrian Griffin and bringing in Doc Rivers. Off to a 3-7 start under Rivers tenure, before Friday’s win over Minnesota, Milwaukee looks to get another road win.

Giannis called out his teammates for their effort and Dame has been busy sticking up for Giannis brother, Thanasis skill set. Milwaukee sits one game behind Cleveland in the central division which also holds the #2 seed in the Eastern Conference. The Bucks have a very easy schedule to start the second half. They will take on the Hornets this week, in back to back games after today’s matchup.

Philly is trying to do their best to stay afloat without Joel Embiid, going 3-6 so far in the month of February. The Sixers got a much needed win over Cleveland on Friday, with Donovan Mitchell not in the lineup for the Cavilers. Philadelphia is still adjusting to its new rotation with Buddy Hield, Kyle Lowry and Cameron Payne all newly acquired.

I fully expect the Bucks to dominate the paint with Paul Reed and Mo Bamba being the only line of defense for the interior. Philadelphia has a faired well during day games, winning its last seven. Milwaukee got a statement win Friday and will look to continue to improve under Rivers, with the Hornets on deck having a chance to reel off five straight wins to start the second half looking at their schedule.
