On Friday afternoon, it was discovered by X user, Justin_SofOK, that there is a wrestling promotion in Brazil called “Brazilian Wrestling Federation”, and in that promotion there is a Brazil Jeff Hardy…. while attempting to do research, I can’t find this guys actual in ring name.

This wrestler has the same entrance song, same gear, same moves, everything down to the actual Jeff Hardy, that wrestles in All Elite Wrestling currently.

Not sure if this is an insult or a compliment, we might have to ask Jeff Hardy himself.

There was once something called “gimmick infringement” and I feel like Brazil Jeff Hardy is doing just that, in my personal opinion, it’s better to be the original you instead of being a copycat of someone else…especially someone as well know as Jeff Hardy.

Wrestling fans, would you consider this wrestler committing gimmick infringement? Gimmick infringement’s definition according to Wrestling News, is when someone “borrows,” or directly steals an idea or concept from someone else and passes it off as their own.
