On Friday afternoon, it was reported by Brett Kollmann of the Film Room, that the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns Running Back, Jonathan Brooks, are strongly linked.
If the Dallas Cowboys decided to go the route of drafting Brooks, the team will more than likely will be moving on from Tony Pollard.
Brooks during the 2023 season with the Longhorns had 187 carries for 1,139 rushing yards, averaging 6.1 yards per carry, 10 rushing touchdowns. Brooks also had 25 receptions for 286 receiving yards, adding one receiving touchdown.
In the last five games of Brooks collegiate career, the Texas running back managed to have five rushing touchdowns, having a rushing touchdown in each game except for the October 21 matchup against the Houston Cougars.
Will this be a good move for the Cowboys? Should the Cowboys move on from Tony Pollard? Let us know on X @WeLikeSportzPC what you think?
