Las Vegas—Antonio Pierce, head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders and longtime fan, is fulfilling a childhood dream by leading his cherished team.
Now, his connection to the Raiders grows deeper as his son, DeAndre Pierce, joins the coaching staff as an offensive quality control coach, as reported by Jay Tust of KTVB.

DeAndre previously served as a defensive quality control coach for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo during the 2023 college football season.
AP and his son will reunite under the same roof for the third time in ten years, having previously shared the same program during their college and high school endeavors.
Their last collaboration occurred during Antonio’s tenure as co-defensive coordinator at Arizona State from 2020 to 2021, before he assumed the role of sole defensive coordinator for the 2021 season.
After transferring from Boise State, DeAndre played under his father for those two seasons at ASU. Prior to attending college, De’Andre Pierce played under the guidance of his father at Long Beach Poly High School, where AP held the position of head coach from 2014 to 2017.
