After losing legendary offensive line coach Bill Callahan to the Tennesse Titans, the Browns have hired someone to try and replace those shoes.

According to Albert Breer and multiple sources, Andy Dickerson will be the next offensive line coach for the Browns.

Dickerson worked for the Cleveland as the defensive quality control coach in 2009 and as an assistant offensive line coach in 2010.

In his coaching career, Dickerson has worked for Tufts University, the Washington Redskins/Commanders, the New England Patriots, the New York Jets, the St. Louis/Los Angelos Rams, and most recently as the Seattle Seahawks offensive line coach.

Dickerson will take over coaching one of the best offensive lines in the NFL.

Led by All-Pro linemen LG Joel Bitonio and RG Wyatt Teller. Rookie RT Dawand Jones was on his way to a Pro-Bowl before his year was derailed by an injury midway through the season.

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
