Doug Gilbert (1996) Oh Doug. His greatest claims to fame usually involve shooting on a live mic. Doug came out to the Rumble to little fanfare and exited to even less. What was never formally announced, was that Doug won the opportunity to be in the Rumble by winning a battle royale in the USWA (which had a talent agreement with WWF) prior to the PPV.
This would be better served being announced or referenced at all on WWF television. Instead, some schlub showed up and got tossed out.
