Barry Horowitz (1996) On the surface, Horowitz is a weird choice. At the national level, Horowitz was and is best known for being a jobber for both WWE and WCW. However, in 1996, Horowitz got placed in a storyline, and more shockingly, actually got to win some matches.

Now an inspirational underdog story, Horowitz’s inclusion in the Rumble is not wholly shocking outside of the vacuum, but unfortunately, this had no bearing on his performance, lasting less than five minutes and having no eliminations.

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
