Is Doc Rivers about to take over a 30-13 Milwaukee Bucks team? a team stacked with not just Giannis , but Dame Lillard also? It certainly looks that way.

Adrian Griffin was fired as the coach of the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday after 43 games, despite a strong start to his first season. The Bucks are now looking to swiftly explore a limited group of experienced veteran head coaches, with Doc Rivers being a primary candidate, according to sources. Discussions about the coaching position with Rivers are already underway.

“This was a difficult decision to make during the season,” said Bucks General Manager Jon Horst in a statement. “We are working immediately toward hiring our next head coach. We thank Coach Griffin for his hard work and contributions to the team.”

In the interim,Veteran assistant coach Joe Prunty will assume head coaching duties. Horst is set to address the media on Wednesday before the Bucks host the Cavs.
