On Tuesday afternoon, Ian Rapoport, reported that all signs are pointing to the Las Vegas Raiders hiring former Los Angeles Chargers general manager, Tom Telesco.

Telesco was the general manager for the San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers from 2013 to 2023.

Back in December of 2023, Telesco was fired from the Chargers organization, along with Head Coach, Brandon Staley, ironically following a lopsided defeat to the Las Vegas Raiders.
