On Tuesday afternoon, the general manager for the Denver Broncos, George Paton, mentioned during the press conference today that the door remains open for Russ.

This comes as a bit of a surprise following the events of Russ Wilson getting benched because of his injury clause in his contract.

The Broncos finished the season with Jarrett Stidham as their quarterback. Will Wilson actually want to return back to Denver following the events at the conclusion of the 2023-24 NFL season?

During the end of December, we had an article regarding the rumors of Russell Wilson staying in the AFC, and that the Broncos were expected to release the quarterback at the end of the season.
