New York saw 11 points from both OG Anunoby and Donte DiVincenzo. Isaiah Hartenstein had a career-high with 20 rebounds, along with 10 points for the double-double. Hartenstein also had 5 blocks.

“Everyone in this league was always a scorer at one time, and I know I can score if I need to,” Hartenstein said. “But, at the end of the day, I just do what the team needs. I always believed in myself and could play this role. I just go out there and play with confidence.”

The Bulls played another game without two of their top four scorers. Nikola Vucevic has been absent for his fifth consecutive game due to a strained left adductor, and Zach LaVine, inactive since Nov. 28, remains sidelined with inflammation in his right foot.

We had opportunities to make some plays and we didn’t make enough, and Randle and Brunson really played well down the stretch,” Bulls coach Billy Donovan said.

With a six-point lead, 101-95, the Knicks took the game by scoring the next 11 points.
