On Saturday afternoon, MLB Network Insider, Jon Heyman, broke the news that Frankie Montas has signed with the Cincinnati Reds.
Montas has played throughout eight seasons in the big leagues, spending time with the Oakland Athletics, New York Yankees, and Chicago White Sox. He has started in 99 games, while appearing in 130 games total throughout his career.
Montas has a record of 37-35, 3.90 ERA, 593.2 innings pitched, 197 walks, and 612 strikeouts.
This will be the first time that Montas will be playing over in the National League, what do you expect him to do with the Cincinnati Reds in 2024?
