This past weekend, on Christmas Day specifically, the Kansas City Chiefs fell to the Las Vegas Raiders, and cemented the fact that they will not be the number one team in the AFC, this year.

This is a major change not only for the Chiefs, but especially Patrick Mahomes, Mahomes has never played in a road playoff game throughout his career, until this season.

The odds seem to be in the favor of the Chiefs on the road, at least so far in the regular season, holding a record of 5-2 in road games.

The 2023-24 Playoff Run for the Chiefs would be an interesting one if the regular season has been any indication. The Chiefs will need to tighten uptheir receiving core, and focus more on watching the ball corralled in before moving down field.

One of the biggest problems the Chiefs have faced this season is the fact that Travis Kelce has been double teamed, leading to wide receivers that lead the league in dropped passes.
