On Thursday evening, the betting odds for BetOnline.AG, the Minnesota Vikings, are the favorites in landing Russell Wilson.

Wilson had the news broken to him on Wednesday that he will not be the future starter for the Denver Broncos, and is expected to be cut from the team in the upcoming NFL Offseason.

The Vikings would be looking for a new quarterback for a multitude of reasons, this past season they lost long time starter, Kirk Cousins, due to a torn achilles. Cousins is also expected to be a free agent for the 2024 season.

Due to the reason of Cousin’s possibly leaving Minnesota, an opportunity for someone like Russell Wilson, might not be a terrible idea but in my personal opinion, I’d rather stick with Kirk Cousins.

Russ has proven on more than one occasion that he can’t handle a change of scenery since moving on from Seattle. In addition to the change of scenery, a new head coach, Sean Payton, couldn’t save the Broncos organization from Russ.
