Early on Wednesday afternoon, Ari Meirov, reported that the Broncos will be benching Russell Wilson on Sunday.

As the day went on, Wednesday evening Dianna Russini reported that Wilson is expected to be cut by the Broncos during the upcoming NFL offseason.

Denver had hopes of matching Wilson alongside head coach, Sean Payton, but expectations were unfortunately way higher than what reality has been. The Broncos currently sit tied for second place in the AFC West with a record of 7-8.

Can other teams learn from a situation like the Broncos reportedly expected to cut Russell Wilson?? Let us know on X @WeLikeSportzPC what you think!
