On Thursday afternoon, MLB Insider, Hector Gomez, posted on X that several MLB teams, as well as, a few Japanese teams are interested in Franmil Reyes.

Amongst the teams interested in the former MLB slugger, are the Cleveland Guardians, once again interested in bringing him back?

The Guardians are always interested in bringing in a power bat, just within recent history the organization hasn’t had much success.

Reyes is only 28 years old, played in 19 games with the Kansas City Royals in the 2023 season. Reyes made his debut in 2018, at the age of 22 with the San Diego Padres.

Throughout his career, Reyes has hit .249/.310/.464, has played in 548 games, 108 homers, 285 RBIs, 73 doubles, but unfortunately has high strikeout numbers, with 635.
