As the 2023-24 NFL regular season is coming to a close, plenty of changes are expected ahead for the 2024 season. For example the Las Vegas Raiders and Los Angeles Chargers will be looking for a permanent head coach for 2024.

Bill Belichick is expected to leave New England and head elsewhere, leaving the Patriots to find a head coach and a general manager as well.

With so much change expected ahead for 2024, one thing that might not be mentioned as often, is the fact that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers may be looking for a new offensive coordinator.

By looking at the past two seasons and the drastic improvements of both Geno Smith, and Baker Mayfield, you can see why Dave Canales would be deserving of a head coaching opportunity.
