The Cleveland Browns and starting safety Grant Delpit have agreed to a contract extension.

The extension is worth $36 Million Dollars, with $23 Million of it guaranteed.

Delpit was taken in the 2nd Round(pick #44) in the 2020 NFL Draft.

He missed his entire rookie season with a torn Achilles, but has played consistently since returning.

Coming into Sunday’s game, Delpit’s career numbers, 245 tackles, 1.5 sacks, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery, 6 interceptions, 16 passes defended.
