Here we are, Week 14 is here.
We are at the “stretch run” of the regular season.
With only 5 games left, division titles and wildcard playoff spots are truly up in the air.
So, without further ado, HERE are the 3 games that you should watch.
The Arizona Cardinals and Washington Commanders have bye’s this week.
Game One.
Philadelphia Eagles (10-2) at Dallas Cowboys (9-3).
Game starts on Sunday Night, at 8:20 PM (EST) on NBC.
- Both Eagles QB Jalen Hurts and Cowboys QB Dak Prescott are in the conversation for NFL MVP. (I completely disagree. I do not have either in my Top 5).
- While both teams have Top 20 defenses overall, the Cowboys have the advantage, being ranked 4th (Eagles are 19th), and also have the 4th most sacks given up in the entire league with 37.
- Both teams have Top 5 overall offenses in the NFL. The Eagles have a slight lead being ranked 3rd while the Cowboys are ranked 4th.
My Prediction – These teams just played 5 weeks ago. Philadelphia pulled out a 28-23 victory in Philly. Dallas who is 6-0 this season at home has a +168 point differential and is on a 4-game winning streak.
Cowboys win 27-23.
Game Two.
Jacksonville Jaguars (8-4) at Cleveland Browns (7-5).
Game starts at 1:00 PM (EST) on CBS.
- Jaguars QB Trevor Lawerence suffered a high ankle sprain in the loss against CIN. He walked out of the stadium in a walking boot and with crutches. The Browns have started 4 different QBs this season, as injuries continue to decimate them.
- Both teams have Top 10 overall defenses. The Browns have the #1 ranked defense and the Jaguars are 10th. Both teams had bad showings in their last games.
- Jacksonville has a significant edge over Cleveland on offense. The Jaguars are ranked 10th and the Browns are ranked 22nd.
My Prediction – This is going to be a defensive game. The injuries are just piling up for Cleveland. While they might get a few players back, and Lawerence might be out for the game; Jaguars backup QB C.J Bethard has been around the block and won some games. Myles Garrett’s injury for Cleveland has completely changed how the defense can play. The Browns are 5-1 at home though.
Browns win 20-17.
Game Three.

Green Bay Packers (6-6) at New York Giants (4-8).
Game starts on Monday Night, at 8:15 PM (EST) on ABC and ESPN+.
- Don’t look now, but the Green Bay Packers currently hold the final wildcard spot in the NFC playoffs, after starting the season 2-5.
- Green Bay has significant advantages on both offense and defense, being ranked 16th in offense and 12th in defense. New York is ranked 29th in offense and 27th in defense.
- Both teams are riding winning streaks coming in. The Packers have won 3 straight games, while the Giants, with 3rd string QB Danny DeVito, have won 2 straight.
My Prediction – The Packers are simply the better team, and QB Jordan Love is finally playing up to his draft position. Danny DeVito is fun, but he’s not faced a defense like this yet.
Packers win 28-17.
