Dallas police have confirmed that a warrant for assaulting a pregnant person has been issued for Von Miller.

Miller is accused of assaulting his pregnant girlfriend. The incident reportedly took place in their Dallas home on Wednesday.

Officers responded to a disturbance call in the Uptown area of Dallas. Authorities learned that Miller and the alleged victim were arguing when Miller allegedly assaulted her.

Officers reported that Miller left the scene before their arrival. The alleged victim wasn’t taken to the hospital but was treated for minor injuries at the scene.

As of 10:00 am Thursday no arrest has been made.

Assault of a pregnant person is a third-degree felony charge in the state of Texas.

The Buffalo Bills issued the following statement concerning the incident: “This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”

Miller was under investigation by the Parker Colorado Police in 2021 but charges were not pursued and details of the investigation weren’t disclosed by authorities. Miller remained on the Broncos team .
