Week 11 of the NFL season is in the record books.

It was a very interesting week.

We saw a few upsets.

We saw some defensive gems.

We saw some points put up.

Of course, we saw the Super Bowl rematch.

Week 12 has some intriguing matchups.

There are 6 GREAT games to choose from, so it wasn’t easy to do.

So, without further ado, HERE are the Top 3 Games, you should watch in Week 12.

Jacksonville Jaguars (7-3) at Houston Texans (6-4).
Game starts at 1:00 PM (EST) on CBS.

  • The Texans beat the Jaguars, in Jacksonville, 37-17 in Week 3.
  • Texans rookie QB C.J. Stroud is 2nd in the NFL with 2,962 yards passing and the Jaguars have the 6th worst passing defense in the NFL.
  • The Jaguars are 1-4 in the last 5 games against the Texans.

My Prediction – For some reason Houston just has Jacksonville’s number. Even when the Jaguars are the superior team, they just seem to wet themselves whenever they play. I expect this game to be a close game, as Stroud has thrown 4 INTs in his last 2 games. I think this game will be won with a FG late.

Jaguars 28-27.

Cleveland Browns (7-3) at Denver Broncos (5-5).
Game starts at 4:05 PM (EST) on FOX.

  • The Denver Broncos are riding a 4-game winning streak.
  • The Browns have the #1 overall ranked defense in the NFL, while the Broncos are ranked 15th.
  • Both teams have mediocre offenses. Broncos are ranked 20th, and the Browns are ranked 17th.

My Prediction – Browns DE Myles Garrett is getting NFL MVP talk. He has 13 sacks and has forced 4 fumbles. Broncos QB Russell Wilson has thrown for 19 TDs to only 4 INTs this season. Once again, I’m expecting a close defensive game; that will come down to a late kick.

Browns win 20-17.

San Francisco 49ers (7-3) at Seattle Seahawks (6-4)
Game starts at 8:20 PM (EST) on NBC.

  • Both teams have Top 15 defenses in the NFL coming in. 49ers are ranked 5th overall and the Seahawks are ranked 13th.
  • The 49ers have the 3rd best offense in the NFL. Seattle checks in with the 12th ranked offense.
  • Seattle is 4-1 at home this season and the 49ers are 2-3 on the road.

My prediction – Seahawks QB Geno Smith was injured in Week 11, and as of now is listed as questionable. The 49ers are finally starting to get a bit more pressure on the QB and the DL is playing better, since the trade for DE Chase Young.

49ers win 31-24.

Quote of the week

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
