2) Jordan Montgomery, Starting Pitcher.

10 wins with an ERA of 3.20, 166 strikeouts.

3-Year $18.5 Million a season.

The 31-year-old lefty might not put up super high strikeout numbers, but what he does do, is entice “soft contact hits”. Batters hit into easy plays, double plays, and pop-ups. He doesn’t give up a lot of home runs and walks.

He proved that he could come up big in the post-season, as he went 3-1 with a 2.90 ERA. Montgomery could slide right into the #2 spot behind Shane Bieber in the Guardians rotation.
