After cashing last weeks play we improved to 9-3 in our last twelve article plays. Let’s put another one in the win column this week!
We went to the ice last week for our play, but this week we head back between the goal post, as we cooked up a 3T teaser/parlay.
For our first leg we head to Pittsburgh as the Steelers welcome in the Green Bay Packers.
Pittsburgh has extra rest coming into this matchup not playing since last Thursday. The offense continues to be the cause of concern, with the Steelers only breaking over twenty points once in their last five games. Their defense continues to thrive and I expect the same today, with Mike Tomlin and company having extra prep time to scheme for young struggling QB Jordan Love. At 5-3 Pittsburgh sits in a three way tie for the first Wild Card spot.
I’ll use the same verbage I used when the Steelers faced Titans rookie QB Will Levis last Thursday, “a young qb coming into a hostile environment, against a top 15 defense, with playoff aspirations, I don’t see the Steelers not taking care of business.”
The current line sits at Steelers -3.5, but we are going to buy that down to Steelers +3.5.
Our second leg, we head to Baltimore as the Ravens welcome division opponent the Cleveland Browns. I only believe five teams have a chance to win the Super Bowl this season and the Ravens are one of them. (In no order Chiefs, Ravens, 49ers, Eagles, Jags)
Every team that has come into M&T Bank Stadium that we’ve expected to give Baltimore a loss or run for their money has left embarrassed. Detroit and Seattle being the latest two. The Browns are 1-2 on the road this year and 1-2 against the division. Baltimore keeps rolling with Lamar playing at a MVP level. If this was an out of conference opponent, I would be a bit nervous about Baltimore looking ahead to its TNF matchup against Cincinnati. The line currently sits Ravens -6.5, so well take that down to Baltimore +1.5.
Last, but not least, we head to Seattle as the Seahawks look to shake off that embarrassment they received from the Ravens. They welcome in the Washington Commanders who escaped victory last week against New England.
Washington has pretty much punted on their season trading Chase Young. Seattle was held to three points last week, so I’m expecting a much better effort in front of the 12th man. The Seahawks are 3-1 at home and tied for first in the NFC West.
This is an important game to have not only to get back on track, but also with SF having a tough game on the road in Jacksonville. The line currently sits Seattle -6, so we’ll tease that to Seahawks +1.
Official Pick: Steelers +3.5, Ravens +1.5, Seahawks +1 +123 @ Caesars Sportsbook
