The first play of the drive didn’t even start, as OT James Hudson was flagged for a false start.
With 3:02 left in the game, Deshaun Watson was sacked and fumbled the football. RG Wyatt Teller was able to recover the fumble and the Browns kept possession.
Cleveland drove down the field and milked the clock, forcing the Ravens to use their timeouts.
Finally, with three seconds left in the game; the Browns called a timeout.
K Dustin Hopkins trotted onto the field. The memory of that missed PAT in the back of his mind.
Now, here he was. The game on the line. A division win against a rival team, was in his hands. The kick would be from the dead middle of the field. Perfect positioning for him.
With bated breaths, Browns fans watched the snap, the hold, and the kick.
It came out moving left, and went through the uprights.
