This past Sunday , the Houston Texans matched up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and it was a back in forth battle between CJ Stroud and Baker Mayfield.

In the end, the Texans and Stroud came out on the winning end following a 39-37 victory.

Baker Mayfield went 21-30 in that game for 265 passing yards, and 2 touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Stroud, led the Texans in a game winning drive, in addition to completing 30 passes out of 42 attempts, for 470 passing yards, and 5 touchdowns.

Some teammates mentioned following the game that Stroud had a “Joe Montana Moment”.

“If you give me a little time, I will make them pay.”
