We come into today’s article play 7-2 in our last nine. Our 3T teaser/parlay is 2-1 and we got another we like today to get us back in the win column. Our first leg we head to Detroit as the Lions take on the Carolina Panthers. Carolina comes in 0-4 experiencing the growing pains of the rebuilding process. They lost last week to a medicare Vikings team at home and now face a Detroit team that is dealing with injuries, but hasn’t played since last Thursday.
The Lions look to expand their lead in the NFC North and i don’t expect a well coached Dan Campbell team to take their foot off the gas at home. This line currently sits -9, but we are going to buy it down to -2.5.
Our second leg, we head to LA as the Rams welcome the undefeated Eagles. Philadelphia is undefeated, but have looked nowhere near as good as their record shows. They barely escaped three out of their four wins. The only convincing win they had was over the Buccaneers.
The Rams are very well coached and get Cooper Kupp back as he makes his season debut. Matthew Stafford is a little banged up, but this is a tough trip for a east coast team heading west. The Eagles could easily remain undefeated, but the Rams will not go down without a fight. Current line sits at Rams +4, but we are buying it up to Rams +11.5.
Last, but not least we stay on the west coast for tonight’s Sunday Night Football matchup. The Dallas Cowboys look to exercise some demons against the undefeated San Francisco 49ers. The Niners have the Cowboys number and I’m not expecting that to change tonight in the Bay. Brock Purdy has been the most consistent quarterback in the league since taking over the starting job. Added with the dominance of Christian McCaffrey scoring in 13 straight games, I don’t see Dallas keeping up. Dak and company will have some motivation to beat a team that’s ended their season two years in a row, so we’ll add some points to the 49ers for insurance. Current line sits SF -3.5 so we’ll buy that to SF +4.
