Tonight’s episode of Ohio Valley Wrestling TV Live once again takes place in a sold-out Davis Arena.
A recap of the last episode is shown where Jessie Godderz rejects the offer to rejoin the OVERmen and accept EC3 as the sole leader.
Teaching Lesson- Teacher against Student
•Singles Match:
“The Mammoth” Donovan Cecil vs. “Shotgun” Tony Gunn
–Short recap, last week Cecil and Gunn were also in the ring against each other, but in a Triple Threat Match with TW3. The Mammoth stood out with a great performance in that match, but had nothing to do with the decision as Tony Gunn secured the win with a pin against TW3.
Tony Gunn secures the win against his former student Donovan Cecil via pinfall after using his Spinning Elbow called Kill Shot.
-Shannon The Dude and Adam Revolver look like they are doing wellness. They make it look like they have tonight’s match against ring announcer Linda and OVW Rush Division Champion Kal Herro already in the bag. They make fun of Linda K that she doesn’t belong in a ring, but rather in the kitchen.
CRIXUS IS READY FOR TONY EVANS
•Singles Match (Non-Title Match):
“Hustler” Deget Bundlez vs. OVW Kentucky Heavyweight Champion Crixus
The OVW Kentucky Heavyweight Champion Crixus picks up the win with his Running Knee and pins the visibly beaten Bundlez for the 3 count.
-After the Match Crixus grabs a Mic makes it clear that he wants Tony Evans as soon as possible.
-Backstage you can see Kal Herro preparing Linda K for today’s match. Linda looks ready. Shannon and Adam watch this short training session with punches and kicks, then Adam closes the door and The Dude can only give an “Ohhh Shit”.
Bad Girls Club are unstoppable
•Singles Match:
Jada Stone w/ The Bad Girls Club vs. Dream Girl Ellie
Jada immediately grabs a microphone before the match has even started and says that Ellie can actually stay home because no one needs her here. Tiffany Nieves continues, calling Ellie a “sidechick”… ohhh “sidekick” of OVW. Leila Grey joins in and demands Jada end the match quickly.
Jada Stone defeated Dream Girl Ellie after active help from Leila via pinfall with a roll up.
A little Payback for Godderz
•Singles Match (Non-Title Match):
“The 80s Baby” TW3 vs. OVW Heavyweight Champion “The Veteran” Jack Vaughn
Jack Vaughn defeated TW3 via pinfall after a crashing lariat.
-After the match, OVW National Heavyweight Champion Jessie Godderz is seen on the ramp looking at his championship belt before rushing into the ring to attack Vaughn. He catches the veteran with a perfect Spear. Gooderz is definitely ready for this episode of OVW TV Live!

Freya & TITI win against Shalonce & Arie via pinfall with a roll-in.
-Jones calls for a rematch.
The big mouths get their punishment?
•Intergender Tag Team Match:
OVW Rush Division Champion Kal Herro & Linda K vs. Shannon The Dude & Adam Revolver
-Shannon can’t help it and insults the ring announcer again.
Barely in the ring The Dude leads, should Adam Revolver and Shannon The Dude win Revolver gets a title match against Herro for the OVW Rush Division Championship. Kal says that’s no problem for him, but should Linda and him win, Linda gets 5 minutes alone in the ring with Shannon. Shannon as stuck up as he is agrees with a laugh.
Adam Revolver & Shannon The Dude win the match via pinfall after a failed Running Knee by Kal on Linda, which Revolver uses for the pinfall.
This means that there will be an OVW Rush Division Championship match between the champion Kal Herro and Adam Revolver in the near future.
At the start of the second hour of OVW TV Live, the Co. Owner of Ohio Valley Wrestling is in the ring and thanks the fans again. None of this would be possible without the support of the fans, the success of WRESTLERS on Netflix, selling out Davis Arena for the third year in a row, and the wrestlers having a job.
Also this year in honor of the founder of OVW- “Dirty” Danny Davis will be a tag team tournament (The Nightmare Cup). Today there will be a Tag Team Battle Royal with 7 teams, the winners will get a BYE in the “Nightmare Cup” at the PPV “No Rest For The Wicked”. Furthermore Al explains again the Battle Royal rules.
Chaos Battle Royal with shining Winners
•Tag Team Battle Royal (for a BYE in the Nightmare Cup):
Dysfunction vs. The Outrunners vs. The Destroyers vs. Will Austin & Blanco Loco vs. The Fallen vs. Manny Domingos & Star Rider vs. Beaches & Creamy
The Fallen is eliminated by Beaches and Creamy, The Destroyers are eliminated by the Outrunners, Dysfunction also fly out of the ring by the Outrunners, Blanco Loco throws Manny Domingo out and Will Austin makes short work of Star Rider. The final teams are Beaches & Creamy, the Outrunners, and Will Austin & Blanco Loco.
Blanco Loco pulls down the rope causing the Outrunners to be eliminated. The Outrunners don’t accept their elimination and attack Will Austin & Blanco Loco.
In the end Omar Amir and Luscious Lawrence of BEACHES & CREAM throw the attacked Will Austin and Blanco Loco over the top rope. This gives them a bye for the Nightmare Cup.
-Shannon The Dude and Adam Revolver talk about the behavior of Mahabali Shera. Today they clarify what happened last week when the Indian Lion left the ring just like that.
-Shannon The Dude is talking to Luke Kurtis and Joe Mack (the OVW Tag Team Champions). He asks if they are all still on the same page. Kurtis and Mack answer in the affirmative. Then the Bad Girls Club join in. The guys leave and the girls talk about the Tiffany Nieves vs. Haley J match later in the show.
Crixus shows Evans his Future
•Singles Match:
Big Money Dimes vs. Tony Evans
Tony Evans talks about the fact that he can’t find Deniro anywhere, even the others he asked to accompany him didn’t show up. He doesn’t care, because the only thing that counts for him and that he wants to have back in his hands as soon as possible is the OVW Kentucky Heavyweight Championship. Everyone knows he is the real champion.
Deniro is rolled down the ramp unconscious while OVW Kentucky Heavyweight Champion Crixus poses with his championship belt.
Big Money Dimes takes advantage of this distraction and gives Evans a Diamond Cutter for the pinfall victory.
Tony is completely out of his mind.
-Shannon is on the phone with EC3 and says he has everything under control.
Then The Dude calls Shera in because the NWA World’s Heavyweight Champion wants to talk to him. EC3 talks to him, however the Indian Lion seems uninterested and just walks away.
-The OVERmen now go to the ring.
To avoid confusion, Shera is asked to come to the ring and prove that he is a member of the OVERmen. Shannon asks if Shera still belongs to the OVERmen or not, for a yes there is a thumbs up and for no down. Shera gives the thumbs up to the OVERmen, but turns it down relatively quickly.
He then attacks the four OVERmen in the ring until Jack Vaughn comes into the ring from behind and stops the Indian Lion.
Suddenly Jessie Godderz runs into the ring as well and makes the save for Shera, but the OVERmen are just too many.
As everything goes down the wrong way Ca$h Flo comes in and levels the playing field.
Ca$h Flo, Mahabali Shera and OVW National Heavyweight Champion Jessie Godderz celebrate the rise of this counter power together.
Lie, cheat and steal
•OVW Women’s Championship:
Tiffany Nieves vs. “HollyHood” Haley J (c)
(There are some special rules in this match- The Bad Girls Club is banned from ringside, as is Haley J’s weapon “Sock of Rocks” and the title can change hands in a disqualification).
Tiffany Nieves wins the match via disqualification and is the new OVW Women’s Champion.
Tiffany shows in best Eddie Guerrero manner how to win a match with lies and cheating. She lies down on the ring floor and pretends to be knocked out, throws the Sock of Rocks to Haley and the referee disqualifies her. Thus “HollyHood” loses her beloved Championship to Tiffany in the dirtiest way possible.
Tiffany aka “La Princessa” and the Bad Girls Club did it. Tiffany is the NEW OVW WOMEN’S CHAMPION!
