On Saturday, it was reported by Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports, that the belief within the NBA is that Philadelphia 76ers star, Joel Embiid, will ask for his way out of Philly sooner rather than later.

The New York Knicks and the Miami Heat are allegedly keeping a close eye on the situation.

On Friday evening, Bleacher Report, proposed a possible trade between the Heat and the Sixers and what that move could possibly look like and what the possible return could be for Miami.

Embiid is a six time All-Star, has played in a total of 394 games, averages 27.2 Points per Game, 3.4 Assists per Game, 11.2 Rebounds per game, and 1.7 Blocks per Game.

The Miami Heat organization would have immense improvement with someone of the caliber of Embiid at center, who won the MVP Award for the 2022-23 season.

This is no shot at Bam Adebayo, but an MVP winner, combined with Jimmy Butler and crew, might be the missing piece that the organization is missing for an eventual NBA Championship.

Do you believe that Joel Embiid will remain with the 76ers following the completion of the 2023-24 NBA season? Or will last season’s MVP play with the Heat, Knicks, or a team that isn’t even thought of to be in the picture?

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
