Cleveland fans need to live in the present and not worry about the future when it’s out of our control. Every time Cleveland lands a big name our city fan base panics and starts saying they don’t want to be when our team isn’t instantly successful with them on the team. Not everyone in Cleveland wants stars out of here but a lot of them want everyone to feel that way so they can say “I told you so”.

I get that LeBron James left TWICE, we don’t want to get heartbroken after getting attached to players but believe it or not players could be influenced by fans tweeting, heckling them about not loving it here or leaving, the more and more you hear something you start to believe it.

Donavon Mitchell is dealing with it right now, yes he’s from New York but he’s repeatedly said he loves it here and even grow up a Cavs fan but yet our fans take him rooting for the Mets and talking about the Knicks on a podcast as a reason he’s leaving so we should just trade him NOW!

Let National Media run with stories, do and say things for reactions and clicks, that’s their job. As a fan base cheer, want success and ultimately championships for all your teams. Success and winning is going to bring players here or make them happy to be here.

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
