During the 2023 NFL Draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers, selected in the third round, Darnell Washington, out of Georgia. Washington is currently listed as a tight end but does that change over time? Who knows.

Kenny Pickett was drafted in the 2022 NFL Draft, in the first round, out of Pittsburgh college.

Pickett had an interesting rookie campaign and looked to be hitting his stride as the season was coming to a conclusion. Pickett finished the 2022 season with a record of 7-5 in his 12 games started.

According to Twitter Account (@NFLRookieWatxh) Washington was seen working on fade routes with Pickett, and Washington turned some heads with two touchdowns.

The future of the Pittsburgh Steelers is an exciting one, considering the factors of Najee Harris, George Pickens, Kenny Pickett, and now a 6’7 tight end , Darnell Washington.
