Is Blood Thicker than Water?

For months now we have watched The Bloodline slowly deteriorate. What if it was the plan all along? What if Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens played us all from the get go? What a devious plan. I absolutely love it. I’ve been wondering this for months.

The story goes a little like this…

In the beginning of 2022 Sami Zayn was having a bit of trouble. He wasn’t doing well in his matches. The Johnny Knoxville match left him with little respect, which launched the whole idea for Sami to try to get some safety and well, who better than the Bloodline? They take care of their own, right?

Then the feud with Drew McIntyre was the icing on the cake. He needed help. InfIltrating the Bloodline would give him the respect he wanted so desperately. So, he approached the Bloodline in April of 2022 and asked for an alliance. He was given the run around quite a bit. He was persistent, so very persistent. However, Zayn was treated as a puppet for quite a while.

He was thrown in to take the hits for them, or save them, etc… He did it all, trying to prove his loyalty.

I believe (merely my opinion) that this was when he began to start thinking of not just infiltrating the Bloodline, but tearing them apart. I may be wrong, but it’s definitely a good possibility. I would be thinking it, if I were in his shoes.

Finally, on May 27, 2022, on Smackdown after Kevin Owens tried talking sense into Sami, Jimmy Uso suggests Sami be an “Honorary Uce.” He isn’t blood, but he’s still family. Jey wasn’t keen on that idea at all. Sami was stoked, though.

Fast forward a year and Sami betrays the Bloodline by cracking a chair on Roman Reigns’ back.

The crack was heard around the world. Ouch! Now the pain he endured for that action, was harsh to say the least. However, the shock many fans had after that hit happened was definitely Jey running off instead of helping beat on Zayn. I enjoyed that moment immensely, myself. Go Jey!

Sami then tries his hardest to make the Usos see how wrong they’ve been treated by their cousin, Roman Reigns. Jimmy and Jey just can’t see it, or they just don’t want to. Roman starts to show them his real colors and slowly but surely after being treated like dirt, no longer important, not a part of the family…Jimmy loses respect for Roman.

Now—we have witnessed the true beginning of the end. Jimmy was pushed, and pushed, and pushed—until he broke. Announcing to everyone HE is the Tribal Chief, all due to Kevin Owens finally saying what Sami has been telling them all along. It finally happened, guys!

Solo, the wildcard, I’ll just touch on one thing here. He is absolutely surpassing Roman, right? We all agree. Definitely in the future, possibly near. I’d love to know your thoughts on this or anything above.

Tonight is the celebration of Roman Reigns’ 1000th day as Champion. Smackdown is going to be good.
