Many fans in the NFL are familiar with the name, Henry Ruggs III, especially since 2021, when Ruggs was involved in a fatal car accident in Las Vegas.
Ruggs rear ended a 23 year old female, Tina Tintor, and her dog, at a high speed, in which the car with Tintor and her dog, caught on fire, and unfortunately caused the duo to be burned to death.
As we know in modern day, Ruggs, was charged with driving under the influence resulting in death, and reckless driving. The former Las Vegas Raider wide receiver was traveling at a speed of 156 miles per hour, and attempted to panic stop, before hitting Tintor, in which Ruggs collided into Tintor at a speed of 120 miles per hour. Ruggs also contained a blood alcohol level of .161% , which in Nevada, is two times the legal limit.
On Friday, video came out from @ChimRitchels on Twitter, of a man begging police officers that Henry Ruggs needed help ASAP because he was involved in this incident. When this man was begging and pleading to police officers, Tintor and her dog can be seen with their vehicle engulfed in flames because of the actions of Ruggs.
The video can be see below, but please prepare yourself for this video.
The man that was begging stated multiple times that “this is Henry Ruggs, and he plays for the Raiders, he needs help ASAP”.
It is really unfortunate that a professional athlete took precedent over a innocent bystander that got rear ended at 120 mph…at least for that specific individual in the video above.
Remember that at the end of the day, even if you are an athlete, your actions can have consequences to them, especially if you are irresponsible.
