WWE: Matt Riddle Rumored in Money in the Bank ; Who may Win it?

On Wednesday afternoon, a rumor came out from Wrestlelamia’s Twitter, the rumor consisted of the entrants of the yearly, Money in the Bank match.

If the rumors are true the expected participants are :

Damian Priest – not a bad option, definitely deserving of the spot following his match with Bad Bunny. Has came into his own with Judgement Day.

LA Knight – deserving, has been the thought to win the match and many fans expect a big push for LA Knight….yeah.

Bobby Lashley – Lashley just seems to be somebody that can’t stay out of the main event seen and has just became a workhorse for WWE since coming back.

Matt Riddle – this is one of the options I don’t quite understand why he is here. Riddle has been on a sabbatical for quite a while, and has been back for less than a few months, and may have a spot in a match guaranteeing a major title. The only way I think this makes sense is if you see Randy Orton potentially return as a manger for his old bro.

Cody Rhodes – I don’t think it makes too much sense that Cody is in this match, he has been and already pursued Roman Reigns and this only seems like a time filler for Rhodes, until Reigns and Rhodes meet again.

GUNTHER- I could see GUNTHER as a potential winner of this match but I can also see him vacating the intercontinental Championship at some point, in return of a championship shot. Doesn’t make too much sense for GUNTHER to win this match in reality.

Finn Balor- Finn would be an interesting option but I could see him get side tracked in action with another potential MITB participant.

Chad Gable- I can definitely see Chad win this match, I wouldn’t be shocked by the time this PLE comes around if Gable and Otis split due to the Maximum Male Models. Gable has been over with the fans for quite some time, and definitely deserves the opportunity.

Edge – As mentioned above, I hinted at Finn Balor being involved with another competitor, this is where Edge comes into play. I also wouldn’t be shocked if Edge does win the Money in the Bank match one more time and cash in , in Toronto, for one of his last matches. It completes the story but I think the likelihood of this happening is probably around 25-40 %.

Who do you believe will win the Money in the Bank match? Let us know on Twitter @WeLikeSportzPC.
