Northeast – Merrimack

Currently the Merrimack Warriors are 12-4 putting them at the top of the Northeast conference. I believe with their excellent defensive abilities the Warriors win the Northeast Conference this season. Merrimack only allows 62 PPG which is 17th in the nation, while on the other end also scoring 62 PPG. I think for them to win the Northeast their defense needs to stay as good as they have been. If so I see the Merrimack Warriors winning their first Northeast Conference championship. However they would not get the auto-bid as they are still ineligible.
