Mid-Eastern – Norfolk State 

Now we move onto the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference which I picked the Norfolk State Spartans to win. The Spartans are 9-4 which has them second in the MEAC only behind Howard. Howard beat Norfolk State in their first meeting with the rematch being Thursday. I like the Spartans offense that averages 77 PPG on 48% shooting. I think the Spartans match up very well against any team in the MEAC. So all in all I think Norfolk State wins their 4th MEAC and punches their ticket to the big dance.
