Metro Atlantic Athletic – Iona
I believe that the Iona Gaels win the MAAC and receive the auto-bid to March Madness. Looking into this Iona is 15-3 in conference play this season out scoring opponents on average 76-63. One major concern is that Iona only shoots 72% from the free throw line. Outside of that I see no reason why Iona shouldn’t win the MAAC this year. From a great offense to an even better defense Iona gets the auto-bid here en route to their 14 MAAC title.
