This Sunday afternoon we head to Murray, Kentucky as Murray State takes on Valparaiso. Both teams come into this matchup off a loss, but Valparaiso has lost six of its last seven. Valparaiso has had trouble on the road all season, as they’re just 2-11 away from home. Murray St who hasn’t played at home since last week, is 10-2 at home this year.
These two teams squared off against each other on December 4th, with Murray St coming away with a 77-70 victory. We should see similar results in today’s contest.
Murray St has also done its job against the spread at home, with a 7-5 record. Valparaiso is 5-9 at the spread on the road and 6-13 against the spread when an underdog.
There’s little doubt Murray St doesn’t win this game, we just need them to cover! With some home cooking , and playing an awful team in their last home game of the season, the crowd should get behind the Racers for them to put this one away late.
