3. Kelly Holcomb’s wasted performance at Pittsburgh (2002) – the 2002 Cleveland Browns finished the regular season with the, “Run William Run” win against the Falcons to earn a wild-card berth and with that a trip to Pittsburgh to play the Steelers. Quarterback Tim Couch had gotten hurt in the Falcons game so backup Kelly Holcomb started the playoff game at then Heintz Field. Holcomb had a great day throwing for over 400 yards but the Browns blow a 24-7 lead and when WR Dennis Northcutt dropped a pass that would have sealed the victory. The Steelers got the ball back and scored breaking the hearts of the brown and orange.
