4. Indians blow 3-1 lead to Boston in ALCS (2007) – argueble one of the best Cleveland baseball teams ever the then Cleveland Indians were one win away from the World Series and had ace pitcher CC Sabathia on the hill in game 5 at Progressive Field. The Tribe would lose 4-1 and then lose games 6 and 7 in Boston. What causes the most heartbreak about this is Cleveland would have face a weak Colorado Rockies team in the Fall Classic that Boston swept.
